Unless you are one of the manager's favorites, you are going to have a hard time working at Belk. Poor working culture, poor pay and their stores look poor as well (which is not the staff’s fault, we try our best). I would urge everyone to both not shop or work here. Just my two cents.

I agree. Belks runs on a skeleton crew. No one works over 30 hrs. Except management. Turkey creek location has tattooed managers. Belks image is unbelievable! And the pay is horrible!
