Never liked this store. I never understood what all the hubbub was about. The praise was totally unwarranted and I honestly found it so embarrassing how many people were so emotionally affected by this store's closing.

Shelves are really empty. Asked the clerk and she said not that she's aware of. If I were her, I'd start looking for a new job. 😢
This 99 Cents Only Stores, why did they have to close? Like... why? Did they ever give out a reason, or maybe release a statement? So much time has passed and I am still not over them closing this store so brashly in Oakland.
Does anyone know if any 99 Cents Only Stores in Texas are closing this year? I won't mind if you only have information on other states, but I'm only genuinely concerned for the Texas stores.

Poor inventory in July 2017. When I asked why all the merchandise was not being replenished, I was told "Oh, we just want to sell less" !!! WHAT??? !!!!!

OK - that's it - more people are shopping in 99 cent stores - things are not good for workers - and as long as it is like this no 99 cents store will close - they will continue to grow more and more
