Salvation Army's slow (some would say on the other hand, rapid) decline over the years was painful to watch but if they have to close then they have to close. No use crying about it, even if I sometimes want to. Beckley's Salvation Army Family Store at 600 S. Fayette St served the community well and I thank them for it.
