I was sad to hear that Kirkland's @ 9070 Apollo Way in Downey had closed recently. My husband and I wondered what was going on with that store since it looked like they were moving or doing inventory... but lo and behold they were planning to close. Sad. Just sad.

I don't see the big deal. Stores close all the time. The Downey store wasn't that special.
