Is it true that Discount Tire is closing their Brooklyn Center store permanently? If so, I'm not surprised. Crime is now a huge issue for many stores now and I guess Discount Tire isn't excluded from that list. You can't expect businesses to do well in unsafe environments. However you look at it this is certainly an unfortunate situation.
