Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond

Bed Bath & Beyond is avoiding bankruptcy the wrong way

All these store closures and layoffs are done to prevent bankruptcy but there has to be another way. Bed Bath & Beyond is badly managed and I think some changes are in order... but not this way. Not by closing stores and laying people off. That's horrible. It's time to change the CEO, CFO, aaaallllll the bigwigs at the top and not the hardworking people who work their as--s off in stores.

I don't want my store to close either. This is horrible and shouldn't be happening.

Oh right... you DON'T know what the right way is because this unfortunately is the ONLY way to go about avoiding bankruptcy. Please don't be so overly attached towards stores that you know in your heart will close eventually.

And regarding the layoffs... I don't support people losing their jobs but you needt to crack a few eggs to make an omelette. Some sacrifices are needed for a business to survive.
