I know that saying Tilted Kilt in Joliet listening to criticism would have meant that they would still be in business today sounds pretty harsh but it's the truth and, sorry, but truth hurts. Tilted Kilt here was WAAAY too expensive for their own good. It's a bar damn it! No need to pay THAT much for beer and chicken wings.
