Every single rue21 store is to close within the next two months. 543 stores are closing with many more jobs being cut. Major layoffs are to follow naturally. The folks at the top cite the pandemic, online shopping and many other excuses as to why this is happening. Well, I'll tell you why this is happening and it's only the CEOs and CFOs and all the other executives fault: mismanaged finances. It's THAT simple.
