Alaska's four Sports Authority locations are all closing (this is for sure) by August - SA filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in March of this year. 140 locations will be closed.
I hope Cabelas comes in and replaces them, I like them much better than SA - but you never know, Cabelas are also closing stores but they seem to be doing fairly well here in Alaska.
