It's old and tired - see how many stores KFC closed, do you ask yourself why? I think people got tired of the menu and they need to do something to reinvent the company. The restaurants are not doing well - they need some major capital investment, they need to be retrofired, and some of them need to be closed, like ASAP closed as they are damaging the brand.
More healthy food needs to be added to the menu, more light stuff, more stuff with higher quality ingredients, etc. That's the only way to prevent store closures and ensure constant growth of this once great company. Go KFC
