A few years ago, my wife and I ate at Perkins on Wedgewood Lane. The food and service was very good. However, last year, shortly before it closed, our waitress was horrible. Food we ordered was missing a few sides and we were told they ran out. The crew and staff were not all that friendly. They were a completely different team than the folks a few years back. In the restaurant business, like most businesses, if you neglect your customers, you will soon be out of business!
