I doubt this Saks 5th Avenue is doing well - they never have shoppers I thought they may close in 2017. But I know that they sell high margin items that are pricey, so maybe they do not have volume and they are compensating on the pricing and margin side.
Not sure but overall this one in Southampton may be the first one to close.
