Thread regarding El Torito Mexican Restaurant in Simi Valley

Simi El Torrito is Closed.

What a bummer...I know it's outdated but this was one of our classics left in Simi Valley, always had good chips & salsa and the cadillac's were nice. They all did their best, we will miss.
