Thread regarding Burger King in Parkersburg 26101

Never Again

Upon arrival to this particular Burger King, I noted two cars at the drive thru, and two couples dining in the store. I was glanced at, but not acknowledged by the cashier whom told her crew "she'd be right back" as she exited the counter I believe to deliver a bag of food to a drive thru customer? She returned and took my order of 1 hot dog, and 1 value menu chicken sandwich.. also a medium onion ring. I then proceeded to wait for my order.. while multiple bags were handed out at the drive thru, and questions continued to arise among the crew regarding my hot dog order. My fresh grilled hot dog had another minute in THE MICROWAVE,.. After nearly 15 minutes of waiting, my order was ready. I knew it was over 10 minutes because a young man in the back made that point when speaking to the cashier. I now had blown 30 minutes of my lunch hour from work simply waiting to receive a hot dog, a chicken sandwich, and an onion ring... and an apology for my wait.. at a Burger King that was seemingly not really busy? I'll never return to Burger King on Division Street... ridiculous, inept, slow, and inconsiderate nonsense.. I'm actually running out of Burger Kings in Parkersburg. From food mix-ups, to incorrect change and no receipts... I think I've about had it with them in general.
