A four year old boy from Dudley died after he fell off the escalator. His name was Mark and he was shopping with his family. The escalator company should improve the escalator because of the fatal 2011 incident. He is known by me as "Escalator Boy". They should have safety upgrades to the escalator, not to shut down the store completely. This accident happened in 2011.
