I purchased my Dress and wedding party dresses in Reno NV at Alfred Angelo the end of May 2017. I received a call from a friend who heard on Facebook that they were closing for good today. I naturally freaked out and called. The employee who answered asked my name pulled up my info and the put me on hold. I was told she had found my dress off the rack in a larger size and if I wanted it to come get it ASAP. I was mad let me tell you. But after getting my receipt and my 4 bridesmaids together and going down there ready to raise hell I was surprised when I walked in. These women who work in this store are so amazing. There were 3 of them 3! That's it! they weren't getting paid to even be there and these 3 Showed up to help me and every bride they could in the same way they helped us through this whole process. The were kind, happy and passionate. The Store Manager Serene, Assistant Manager Kristin, and even the District Manager Terie were running around helping hoards of us putting us at ease and making sure if we needed it they were trying to get it for us and get us resolved. I ended up leaving with everything I needed (not all of it was what I ordered) these women took the time to let us try on my Gown, they helped me try new veils, sashes, earrings and bracelets until I found options I was happy with. All of my girls found a replacement dress and even though we paid for new not stock I am sooo so grateful and relieved I was helped by such caring and professional people who really had my interest at heart. I can't believe such fantastic people still exist and it makes me want to cry when I realize that these amazing ladies have to find another job. It is disgusting that Alfred Angelo could close the rushed dishonest way it did when they clearly have such amazing employees to help through the dark times. I hope every bride can get their situations resolved, and thank you Serene Kristin and Terie I will never forget you for what you did.
