But also some old legacy locations are being closed by Panda. Panda's had a tremendous expansion and they have slowed down. Rightfully so they paid more attention to food and that's how they survive while most other outfits are folding and closing.
In future, you may see some Panda Express restaurants close but many will open as well - so it's a net new - more new places to open.
