This is a real issue and I hope it will be resolved soon. These people will have to drive to other places to buy their groceries from, but that is not possible for all East Nashville residents. People who don't have the adequate transportation won't be so lucky.
Nobody from Family Dollar released a statement as to why they closed, so we can only guess. Hope they open another store soon.
