My co-worker steals my ideas and suggestions at our meetings with our boss and he gets all the brownie points for bringing them up. I feel like tearing my hair out every time he does this, but I can't do anything about it because he's the darling of our store. Maybe I should just quit, even though I LOVE working here at Earth Fare.
