Cabazon gets a lot of tourist traffic from people visiting Palm Springs, CA - tons of foreigners, intl tourists. The outlet mall in Cabazon is fairly large with tons of nice stores.
Many of the Bose Store refurbished products are attractively priced. I use their Bluetooth Soundlink headphones and the Bluetooth neck speaker for TV watching.
Overall, Bose is a good deal especially if you get it in an outlet.
Now, Cabazon will close, and we'll lose all of that.
