HEB has a few (dozen) stores sitting prettily around San Antonio, but will any of them close? There seems to be too many of them. One of them is bound to be closed soon. Maybe this year.

This store is NOT closed! I was here last week and they are up and running!

Am I mistaken or is H-E-B doing relatively fine compared to other chains? I see the company expanding rather than closing stores and that's a great thing. Did some closures slip under my radar or is H-E-B having good luck these days?

Anybody knows why H-E-B is closing store at Memorial Drive and Dairy Ashford Road in Houston store? Were the sales really that bad? And to think I thought it was doing well...

HEB is really good, they rule in Texas, that's where they are located and they will be fine. They are not closing any stores here.

I hope things are not as bad as I see them but this HEB may be closed as nobody shops there. I was there on Wed last week (Nov 2016) and things were not looking good. The store was half empty and they were not restocking it. Also people in the stores... — read more 

I know they open stores all time - HEB is great with prices and always well supplied - I know only one store that closed in 2015, but they added many more
