Halloween City closed way, waaay, WAAAAAY back. It closed so long ago that it was replaced by Spirit Halloween and THAT one ended up closing too. I have no clue what replaced either of those stores but I do know novelty stores like that one are... — read more 

I think stores like these will disappear faster than other novelty stores.

Halloween City opens and closes. And that's it. It's the nature of the business.
