The store is not temporarily closed. In fact, the closing is sadly more than permanent. The store is simply not coming back. Sad truth but it is what it is.

This store hasn't been available for some time now.

But I think Halloween Club has moved from Montclair.

And that is how they roll. It's the nature of their business. They open and they close, and it's a cycle that repeats. Nobody should be surprised and folks who work for Halloween Club know this - they know what will be closed and when.
