Not a single NY store remains open. Don't bother seeking out physical stores. You will be finding nothing at all.

In my time it was a bustling business and all the stores were doing amazingly. I assume this isn't the situation now.

The Shops At The Bravern, it closed here a while ago.

Not in Short Hills, at least.

Never closed, ever. Not even temporary.

The Natick store faced the same fate like all the other stores.

That's what I heard, they are in 8 states now but will grow. Karen Millen is fairly well managed brand and not closing.
