Franklin, I think at least, is open still and not shuttered.

It's very much open currently not replaced by Nike at all.

Sad, but not unexpected. The store was underperforming by the end of its lifetime.

It's empty. They had a huge 50% of everything sale. And now it's gone.

What Off Broadway Shoes locations here in LA will be closing in 2017 and what stores will be having massive sales - that's what I am hearing, not sure if it's rumor or whatever, but last time when they closed a store the sales were massive.

Hope they never close!
