Anyone else disappointed with Samy's quality these days? Or is it just me...

Samy's has many LA locations and some have closed but the one on Beatrice Street is still alive and kicking.

Anyone know if Samy's will close any of their other stores? Something like that would be good to know.

How devastating to see old-fashioned stores like this one lose popularity and be forced to close due to a low footprint. Samy's Camera at 530 State Street in Santa Barbara will close this weekend on Saturday after two decades of operation. Tragic.

Will samys be opening in Santa Barbara

They are closing this location, I think they are more or less done now. We'll see if Samy's is able to recover, I highly doubt it, the foot traffic is down in all brick and mortar shops, malls are dying.

I think they will fold. The reason is iPhone and smart phones. Look at the features these phones have. How can Samy's Camera survive?
