FB is advertising four stores closing. Is this true?

Notice on the words Tractor Depot on Facebook scam and TD on the logo made to look like Tractor Supply’s. TSC is opening more stores than they are closing.
I cannot find it in Search.
Facebook runs scams.
I'm still looking for the 4 closing stores.
That would be terrible if it's true.
