I worked here for some time and I deeply appreciate them giving me a job during a period where the job market was impossible to get through. I do appreciate it, I really do but that doesn't mean they shouldn't be criticized. Constructive criticism is the foundation of improvement. It would do wonders for FedEx if they started treating their employees more fairly and pay them better.
