I have heard too many stories lately that say Na Hoku offers very unreliable and unprofessional services. Ranging from broken clasps on bracelets to supposedly cheap gemstones (that are pricey even for a jewelry store of this price range), the stories are horrific. Is this the universal Na Hoku experience? Should I stay away from them?
