Why do the good stores always close, huh? Answer me that. The Victoria Gardens Ulta was AMAZING. They always carried my shade of foundation and always had the best bronzers. I swear, the quality of the bronzers in other Ulta's sucked for some strange reasons. They were always so yucky and dry. Ugh. Disgusting.
