Thread regarding Tilted Kilt

Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Tilted Kilt close in all of the general Chicago area?
It seems that Tilted Kilt had fallen from grace. Bars get closed silently under the radar as if we wouldn't notice... though it does seem people aren't noticing that Tilted Kilt is disappearing from the public consciousness
