I've heard that T.J.Maxx are planing to open a bunch of stores. Probably no store closing.

TJMAXX on Hall Road, Shelby Twp MI CLOSED suddenly right after Christmas 2016.
Others look like they are going to close: no new inventory in months, lots of open space, nothing to buy.
