I hear Pei Wei is having trouble. They were famous and well respected but now people are trying to avoid them. I may be off but I think they will close stores in 2017. And maybe even after that. 5 years ago, nobody would believe that Pei Wei Asian Diner may be dropping in popularity and closing stores. How quickly time change. Always make sure your:
- menu is fresh
- service is good
- pricing is done right
If you do not cover this, your store may as well close
