Not too surprised by this, it was a bit of a shabby place and rarely busy + the news that they were bought by Walgreens, it's all expected. Their pharmacy will close June 17 while the retail store will close by the end of June, just as their store liquidation is done.
I wouldn't say Manlius is better without it this Rite Aid- that would be cruel to say - but I don't think anyone will sorely miss it either.
