I wouldn't ever imagine my kid-self thought that she would be working for Joann for so long as an adult but I cannot stress enough the fact on how a great job this is. I'm so lucky. There are no layoffs (that I'm aware of yet) and those who do leave do so on their own accord, new hires just don't seem so interested in working full-time for some reason.
