Coupled with an expiring lease and declining sales it is only expected of Pier 1 to close their store in the Holyoke Mall Crossing at 98 Lower Westfield Road. It is expected, yes, but it is still kinda sad.
Their lease expires next year in February so they will have a closing sales after Christmas probably.
