At least 70 more Pier 1 stores will be closing by the end of this year and the CEO of the company implied that maybe even more could close if things don't go as planned. I am not surprised this is happening. Pier 1 is overpriced.

Terrible company to work for. Employee turnover is so high because they do not care about their employees at all. Pay men more than women also.
