Who didn't saw this coming? Amesbury Board of Health closed the Burger King on Route 110 last month due to numerous violations to the health code and being a safety hazard because of the building.
They need to work on those issues if they ever plan to reopen that location again, otherwise, understandably, they won't get their permit back.
