The Art of Shaving in Roseville, California had the best service ever, I felt like a king whenever I left. It left a bad taste in my mouth to learn that the store has closed permanently.
Too bad about this store. It had the best customer service, hands down. It shouldn't have closed and if I had any say I would keep this store open and running.
I was here a few years back and as I was about to recommend this place I found out that it, in fact, closed. Weird.

These are certainly changing times. Procter & Gamble is planning on closing 83 stores by Art of Shaving since loss of popularity due to changing consumer habits. We should expect our stores to close over the next 12 months.

The Art of Shaving is not open anymore on Connecticut Avenue in Washington, DC. They must have closed this year, only a few months ago perhaps 'cause I remember going there to get my beard trimmed. Shame they're not open, this was a good barber shop. — read more
